Bringing together students, teachers, and industry professionals from across the state to share in their passion for digital media, creativity, and storytelling, the Shoots Summit is filled with workshops and competitions that focus on photography, graphic design, film, and broadcast media. Hawai’i is overflowing with young aspiring creators and the Shoots Summit looks to help them grow.

We are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker for Shoots Summit Hawaii: Siena Agudong! Born and raised on Kaua‘i, Siena began her acting career at the age of 8 and has since become a celebrated talent in television and film. Known for her lead roles in the Tubi hit movie just released, Sidelined: The QB and Me, Netflix’s No Good Nick and Resident Evil, Siena has also shined in Disney Channel’s Upside Down Magic, the Fast & Furious franchise (F9: The Fast Saga), and many more. With her remarkable journey from Kaua‘i to Hollywood, Siena will inspire our digital media students with her story of passion, perseverance, and creativity. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to hear from one of Hawaii’s brightest stars!

SPEAKER

Mikey Monis brings his energetic and entertaining personality to Hawaii viewers as a member of the Living808 ohana. A Waianae High School graduate and Searider Productions alum, Mikey is fan favorite with Hawaii audiences who joined KHON2 after winning Living808’S CW Star competition in 2017. He keeps his pulse on what’s happening around town with signature segments such as “What’s Up Weekend” and “Haina Jam” and enjoys engaging with viewers as host for MTV Europes’ “Video Love” show and guest co-host for fashion segments on E! News.

This year, students planning on competing need to pre-register for their contest category. Please also provide the names and t-shirt sizes of your participants (teachers, chaperones, staff, students, and guests).

Registration will be closed once we've reached 650 participants.
